Super Falcons' captain Rasheedat Ajibade, alongside goalkeepers Chiamaka Nnadozie and Tochukwu Oluehi, has joined the national team’s camp in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, as preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games intensify. The camp currently hosts 14 players, with training sessions already underway.
Team Administrator Mary Oboduku reported that training commenced on Sunday and described the camp atmosphere as calm with high-spirited players eager for the upcoming tournament in France. The roster includes defenders Chidinma Okeke and Nicole Payne, midfielders Christy Ucheibe, Toni Payne, Deborah Abiodun, and Jennifer Echegini, as well as forward Esther Okoronkwo. Additionally, alternate players goalkeeper Morufa Ademola and forward Gift Monday, along with defenders Osinachi Ohale and Michelle, have joined the camp.
